I just moved to NY from South Florida for a new job! I am super excited to be in NY and get to explore all the city has to offer! I am looking to move into an apartment somewhere in midtown or the financial district sometime end of August or beginning of September. I love to cook and I like to think I'm pretty good at it! I also like to have my apartment on the cleaner side of things and would prefer a non smoker (I really do not like the smell :/). Ideally, I would like to live in the Financial District. Otherwise I am pretty easy going!
