Jill O C - $1,100/month

I am looking for one or two roommates to find a place to live in NY. I currently live alone in Philadelphia, and my space is really cozy and comfortable, so I'm hoping to find someone who prioritizes maintaining a comfortable environment. I work in video production and currently have a job where I work from home full time. I am a social person, but I don't have people over much, as I prefer to go out. However, if my roommate had people over every once in a while, I'd be okay with that. I also have a cat (very sweet and well-behaved) so the ideal roommate would have to be okay with that! I clean up after myself, never had a dishwasher so I'm always doing dishes. I love to stay home and chill - I love movies and TV and my hobby is writing and doing comedy. I also like to go out and see shows, but I mostly stay in. As a roommate, I generally keep to myself but it would be ideal for my roommate and I to be casual friends or cordial/friendly to one another within the home space!
