I'm a grad student doing a PhD in theatre. I'm very friendly but I also like a lot of alone time and tend to keep to myself. I'm pretty clean! I also have a very sweet and social cat named Leo who loves people (I think he would be open to living with a dog if your dog is open to living with a cat)!
I work from home sometimes but mostly I am out during the day and home at nights. I see quite a bit of theatre so I'm often out doing that at night as well. Also I know all the best ways to get discounts on Broadway shows if you're into that!
I'm currently living in Astoria but will not be renewing my lease so will need a new place in August. Ideally I'd love to stay in Astoria but am open to other neighbourhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens.
