I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Avondale, Chicago. $600/month. 1 year lease. $300 move-in fee. Application required.
Looking to have someone move in May 1, but am flexible throughout the month. LGBT+ roommate preferred, but open to all interested. Bedroom is unfurnished. Quiet, tree-lined street. Free, in-unit laundry.
I work a full-time teaching job. I work from home 3 evenings per week. I tend to be quiet when home.
The first floor apartment has central heat and A/C. We split utilities (internet, gas, electricity). Utilities are usually about $200 per person per month. Sorry, pets are not allowed in the building. Street parking. Near highway and Belmont blue line stop. Small deck and shared back yard. Closet in bedroom.
