Looking for a female professional roommate for an amazing 2 floor, 2 bedroom, 3 bath (2 full in each room, 1 half downstairs) rental at Bethesda Hill by Bozzuto in Bethesda, MD! It is 1 mile to the Medical Center or Grosvener Metros and very close to NIH/Walter Reed, etc. The community has a pool and a gym which are free to use!
We would begin a new lease on March 6, 2020. The move in date is flexible, but I’d like to not pay a full month’s rent by myself.
I am a fairly clean and organized person and I am looking for someone with similar cleanliness habits. For example, I don’t mind if there is some disorganization but I don’t like when things get dirty.
There is maintenance provided – tickets are placed on the online resident portal and they are really responsive.
