Amazing views of Richardson Bay
One bedroom available in 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Bedroom has one large closet and access to bathroom. Queen bed currently in the room, but it can be removed if you don’t want to use it. Bathroom need not be shared, except with the occasional guest.
Apartment is currently fully furnished- adding some furniture could be negotiated. Large patio with a great view of Richardson Bay. Laundry facilities on site, as well as storage room. One assigned, covered or uncovered parking space available with rental.
Apartment to be shared with one female in her 30s. Occasional overnight guests ok, would like to have an open line of communication so everyone is happy! :) I have really enjoyed living here and I hope one of you may too!
