I'm looking to Rent out 1 possibly 2 Bedrooms in my 4 Bd, 2.5 Bath home near downtown Cotati. Located in a very Nice, Quiet & Safe Neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Hwy 101, 116, 12, 37 & 128 and Public Transportatio (1.5 miles to Smart Train)

The Room: Cathedral Ceiling & Window w/Custom Wood Shutters which provides lots of Natural light. Also has Ceiling Fan/Light. Size of room is 12ft x 9ft 8" (not including Organized Closet). Private Full Bathroom which is nicely decorated & supplied with Linens is actually right next to your room. Size is 8ft x 6+ft.

The other Bedroom which is Furnished is right next the Bedroom above & it’s exactly across from the Private Full Bathroom..The size is 10ft x 10ft (not including organized closet) ** Note: all 3 of these rooms are at the end of the Hallway which is opposite end of where the Master Bedroom (my room). There is a 4th room which I kind of use as my office. I might be open to Temporary putting up some kind of door which would separate those 3 above rooms from the other 2 rooms as a means of providing you with more privacy.

Downstairs which we would share consist of: Formal Dinning & Living Room which is rarely used. Full Kitchen w/nook & tile counter, Bar stools overlooks Family room w/Gas-Wood burning Fireplace. Laundry area is downstairs off the Family room & close to 3rd Bathroom prior to going into garage. Just outside the double Slider is the Redwook Deck, (recently stained) which wraps around the back side of the house and to the right where you can step down to the Grass and rest of the backyard or continue following the Redwood Deckmto the right to another part of the yard that gets sun all day. Fire pit & Gas BBQ, as well as, several different areas to sit & relax while you enjoy the Beauty of Nature, Landscaped Garden, Various Ferns, Flowers, Fruit & Redwood Trees, Fountain and all.

There is a 3 car Driveway, so no need to park on Street. Rent is $1200 for 1 Bdrm or $1500 for Both Bedrooms. Includes: Private Bathroom right outside of Bedrooms.

I’m currently in the process of reviewing potential applicents background and/or a Prelim Questioneer. I will then be phone screening those qualified candidates and then setting up times for those individuals to Come visit the property. Again, it is imperative that those individuals that are interested must 1st answer some questions which Imvan provide to you.
