SUMMER ONLY. (June, July and August) Semi-private (see photos) furnished room on Bedford Avenue and North 10th. Three blocks from the L train and two blocks from McCarren Park. On top floor of four-story railroad-style apartment building. I have one cat. Utilities included. Contact me for more details. I have a roommate who is a graduate school student at NYU but he will be gone for the summer. So this is just a three month rental. Furnished: regular size bed, desk, shelving, TV (and access to streaming services.) Good WIFI.
