Hey!
Loosing my roommate to her SO and am looking for a new roommate as soon as possible. Ideally before Nov 1.
I have my eye on a sunny off market 2 bed in the east village, (4k has a fee) but am open to other neighborhoods!
Neighborhood: I am currently off of 6th and 10th street and would love to stay in the area or Brooklyn - open to west village, Greenwich village, soho, noho, east village, Williamsburg, greenpoint. Would also consider Chelsea, flat iron, Nolita, Tribeca, prospect heights, bedstuy, park slope, cobble hill, boerum hill.
Apartment requirements: I prefer prewar and ample direct light! Would love a funky spot with architectural details. Natural light and location are priorities for me.
Budget: sweet spot would be around 2k, but flexible to 3k
About me:
- I’ve lived all over but I’ve been in New York for a year and love it.
- I like travel, design, music, camping and skiing.
- I'm social and like having people over (nothing crazy and not constantly, but I like having the option)
-very clean and like my space to feel like home
-incredibly easy going and typically friends with my roommates
What I bring to the apartment:
-Fully stocked kitchen. Pretty much anything you could need, sharp knives, Dutch oven, immersion blender, dinner service for 12-20 (veryyy equipped for hosting Friendsgiving), glass/bar ware
- record player
- espresso machine (I also have a moccamaster drip)
- I don’t have a blender :(
| My maximum monthly budget | 2,500 |
| Move in Date | Nov 2023 |
| Age | 28 |
| Pets | No Pets |
| Education | Uc Berkeley |
We think Emilie would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
