I've been living here since 2019, and I absolutely love it! My current roommate is leaving to move in with his girlfriend and they've already signed for a place, so the room will actually be available before December.

Just to be clear, this is for a standard 1-year lease. This is not a sublease or under-the-table deal. (Hopefully you see that as a good thing!)

- Incredible view of downtown from your bedroom
- Easy access to A, C, E, B, D, F, M, 1, 2, 4, 6, N, Q, R, and W lines
- Elevators
- 24/7 doorman
- Laundry machines on every floor
- Kitchen has a gas oven, stove, rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, full-size refrigerator, and countertop dishwasher
- I have an Ergatta rowing machine, Nintendo Switch, Quest 2, and board games that I'm happy to share for free
- Lots of people in the building have pets (landlord is okay with cats and large dogs, except for certain breeds that they think are dangerous)
- LGBTQ+ friendly (I'm bi, and many of my friends are gay and/or trans)

As for me, I'm a friendly geek who finished grad school a year ago, and now I'm a UX designer. In my spare time I like to play D&D, board games, and video games with friends. I also really enjoy trying new bars and restaurants, karaoke, and going to the movie theater.
