I like to keep the apartment clean as best as I can.
I don't mind if you or I host small parties (can't be a weekly thing but once a month is okay).
Eat out more often than I cook, but slowly changing that.
I drink socially and I used to smoke weed, but I quit so don't mind the smell as long as you smoke sparingly.
