Hey I'm Abby!! I'm 24 and looking to move in to NYC around Nov 15/Dec 1. I'm looking at EV/LES but am open to to anywhere downtown. My budget is $2.5k for my part of the rent + utilities. Ideally would have laundry in the building, but i'm not super picky about other amenities.

I will be starting my job as a Physician Assistant in december. Im looking for someone who also works in healthcare or who works fully in person as I will occasionally be working nights and will have to sleep during the day.

I'm clean and organized and would appreciate someone who doesn't mind sharing responsibilities of keeping common spaces tidy. Otherwise I'm really excited to be young and single in the city and take advantage of having nights out, trying new restaurants, meeting new people, etc! I'm pretty active, love working out, and am looking forward to trying new workout classes, maybe joining a run club, and just exploring different neighborhoods.
