It’s actually quite a gem, we have a lot of space considering it’s NYC and for the price. Large kitchen with full sized appliances, large shared living space. The bedroom for rent is larger than usual, full sized bed bed currently but could fit a queen if you really wanted to. There’s a cute non-functional fireplace, and large window on the quiet side of the building (fire escape access). Nick and myself are fun, easy going, tidy and level headed. Nick loves to cook and I love nicks cooking. 🌈 friendly! Nick had a cat, she’s kind of bitchy but puts up with us so it works.
