Available Room for Rent

Hi! We're looking for two more people to fill rooms in our 4 bed/2 bath (rent varies slightly depending on which room you take!)

About the place:

-Washer/dryer in unit
-3 blocks from the subway (the 1 line, which gives you really easy access to the rest of Manhattan!)
-Slightly north from Columbia's campus, across from Riverbank Park
-Dishwasher and AC unit in the shared space
-Shared space is furnished with 2 couches & a TV
-Good WiFi + streaming services set up on the TV
-We have a Keurig and other basic appliances you're welcome to use
-Updated bathrooms with plenty of storage space
-Building as a whole is very quiet & lowkey; not much activity in the hallways & I have never heard any noise from the people above us or across from us
-One of the bedrooms has a LOT of space & south-facing windows (this one is $1150)
-The other is smaller so it's cheaper! (under $1,000)
-Very chill landlord & helpful super
-Walking distance to a bunch of parks :)

About us:

-Maria & Maguette (23 & 31 years old)
-Both vaccinated!
-We both work for (different) non-profits, Maria in-office most days & Maguette from home full-time
-We really value cleanliness in the common spaces - our dishwasher/Roomba/swiffer make this easier, and we're happy to set up a cleaning schedule if you'd prefer that
-We enjoy brunches, park days, & wine nights! We value our privacy & alone time, but definitely welcome new friends
-Maguette has lived in the city for several years & Maria moved recently from California
-420 friendly but please keep the smell out of common areas if you smoking. Cigarettes are a no.
