We're a group of students willing to share our lease. its a 5 bedroom, two bathroom is a 5 min walk from the 45 bus, and just a few blocks from greenlake. You can expect about a half hour bus trip to UW. Its a 20 min bike ride to UW as well if you're into that as well. Ideally we're hoping for someone in august but we could take anyone as late as september. The lease will run until about april, with a possible extension. Rent will be about 900 bucks, depending on which room you choose.
