Hi all! I am looking for a roommate to sign on for a one-year lease beginning September 1st, 2021. I currently live in a clean, well-lit townhouse-style apartment in a quiet area on the brink of the Sandpoint/Windermere neighborhoods.
Details: 860 square ft, 2br/1ba, $1050 per mo, modern. Overlooks Lake Washington and the Cascades (can even see Glacier Peak from the apartment on a clear day!), 5-minute walk to Magnuson Park, just off the Burke-Gilman Trail and along the 75 bus route into campus. Has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, kitchen (+appliances), pantry, some storage (though not a lot). Two levels - bottom level includes two living areas + the kitchen, top level includes the two bedrooms and the bathroom (includes a bath/shower).
What I'm looking for: generally quiet, cat friendly (note I have a cat, but she doesn't like other animals!), non-smoker, no big parties, potential to be outdoor buddies?
