My name is Jenni and I am a Consulting Engineer in Hudson Yards. I am a recent graduate from New York Institute of Tech majoring in Engineering Management. I primarily work from home so need a space I feel safe enough to be creative and release my stressors daily. I have a small peek-a-poo (Pekingese & Poodle) named Gracie who is my little mini me, so she is sweet as pie. I have a car that I can leave at my parents house but would prefer to put in a garage if possible. I have been living with an in-unit washer/dryer so I know I can not with without it. Though I rarely go to the gym, its super important to me that there's one downstairs so I don't have to pay for a membership I never use. I am enormously bubbly (kind of the nature of consulting) & love conversation but I also value my alone time to recharge as needed. For this reason, I cannot do a flex room, I need to be able to close the door at times and be alone with myself.
