We're looking for a responsible professional or student who's looking for a quiet and comfortable home in a great neighborhood.

The unfurnished private room has its own bathroom and is in the back corner of the house, which makes it uniquely quiet and private. Even though it is a shared house, it doesn't feel that way because of the room's location in the house.

The room has a large north/west facing window with indirect natural light, large closet, ceiling fan with remote, and private bathroom. The area rug in the room has been cleaned with newly purchased rug cleaner, so it is not funky.

The spacious house has a shared kitchen with stainless appliances and counters, two refrigerators, lots of cabinet space (one for each roommate), washer/dryer, 2 dining rooms, family room, and a large front porch with garden.

The charming neighborhood is a walkable residential area that is close to the Silver Lake Reservoir, Echo Park Lake, cafes, restaurants, farmer's markets, buses, and shopping. It's also near Griffith Park and Dodger Stadium.

It is located in proximity to DTLA, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Atwater, Glendale, and Burbank, with quick access to 101 / 5 / 2 / 134.

Because it's a residential neighborhood, there's plenty of easy street parking, and is one of the last neighborhoods without street cleaning, so no parking tickets!
