About Me

Outgoing, Creative and a Community Builder! I am a Communications Director at BUILD, a nonprofit for youth entrepreneurship. I love trying new things and traveling! I lived abroad for the last ten years before I moved to NYC. I served in the Peace Corps in Macedonia and taught internationally in Myanmar and Morocco. My passion is in video production and visual storytelling. I love making short videos with my friends for fun! I worked as a videographer with the United Nations this last summer, producing shorts for indigenous communities for the Climate Summit. I've made documentaries and ran film festivals in Liberia, Swaziland, Macedonia and Guinea Bissau. I love organizing dinner parties, going to Daybreaker dance parties and exploring new museums or weird exhibits in NYC. I would love to move into a place with a sense of community and with people that are interested in exploring the vibrant life of NYC. In May, I graduated with a Masters in International Development from Columbia University. I have been living in the Upper West Side/Morningside Heights for the last 3 years. Can't wait to move a bit more downtown and meet a new community and new neighborhood!
