I am Aniss, a 29 years old PhD student at uoft. I'd like to think that I am a quite and easy to leave guy with a very calm and simple lifestyle. I don't drink nor smoke, but I do like to go out every once in a while to do some activities (big Karaoke fan) or even for a walk and I am also a pretty descent cook. The room is quite cozy and has a large window that faces the side of the house. The unit itself is located in the first floor of the house and has one other room (that I am currently occupying), a decently large common area that contains the kitchen as well as one bathroom. There is a coin laundry in the basement shared with the occupants of the other units in the house. As for the area, the house located in a quite and cozy street in downtown very close to the uoft st George campus (5 minutes walking). The price includes all utilities except the internet which requires extra fees.
