Second floor apartment in Corso Italia! The open bedroom has a private entrance, as well as a balcony (fitted with patio furniture and a BBQ). The bedroom is very large, currently has a full size bed (but could fit bigger) which can either remain or be removed. Previously it also held a very large desk, would be ideal for someone who works from home. Comes with a big built in closet with mirrored doors.
Spacious kitchen with ample counter space/storage and a cozy vintage decorated living room. The recently renovated shared bathroom has a full sized shower/bathtub, and individual drawer space.
The apartment comes with a free parking spot in a private garage, and laundry in the basement. Water and Heat included in rent, but electric and wifi are separate. Lots of cute restaurants, bakeries, and shops in the area, and a 10 minute walk from No Frills and LCBO. Lots of convenience stores and independent businesses nearby as well as beautiful Earlscourt park. Steps away from the St. Clair streetcar and Dufferin bus.
