I'm moving to NYC from DC to work as a Software Engineer in Soho. I'm a Penn State grad (2016) and looking at places in lower Manhattan. I'm a social guy, spending my weekday evenings working out, cooking dinner, or at happy hours with friends. On the weekends I'll watch sports, brunch, tour a bookstore/museum. Since I'll be paying NYC prices for rent I'd prefer to keep the apartment clean and usable with slightly nicer furniture rather than old craigslist couches. Ideally my roommate is an easy going guy to chat with after work and introduce to my friends on the weekends. I'm very flexible on move in date, now to Oct 1st.
