Hi!
My name is Maria, I'm moving to New York when I’m 18 in Oct 2021 as I’ve wanted to go forever lol. I’m only into downtown Manhattan apartments so big windows penthouse/condo with city views type of beat. I know rent will not be cheap lol but I’ve got a few in mind with someone else whose rent budget is around $1500-2000. :)

I'm a down to earth individual, big into fashion which is what I plan to do in 2022 by going to FIT. I currently own a fashion brand @shopcattiye on insta if your interested! Would for sure get roomie discounts 😉 Definitely a foodie and plan on adopting a little kitty when I do move so also gotta love animals. Also, BLM and ACAB if you disagree that sucks for you:(

Although my room may not be the tidiest lol, I will always make sure to clean up after myself the rest of the apartment. I’m also super just into interior design and decorating the apartment so hopefully if your interested in rooming with me, you can say the same! IKEA dates >>

I would love to live with someone who also want to be friends and hangout outside of the apartment for sure! I think it’s super important for us to live comfortably together and be able to communicate and stuff but also I’m coming from Ireland and know absolutely no one in NYC lol so would love to just go shopping, party (post COVID of course), go restaurants etc basically just experience it the best I can.

Currently the lease I’m looking for is 1 year but most likely if it’s a gorgeous apartment I’ll stay while I go to college also in NY, like I said to FIT so like if your on the same boat then we will probably know/live with each other for a while.
