Hey everyone! I’m Austin—late 20s, active, outgoing, and currently on the hunt for 2-3 like-minded people to team up and rent a house together in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Old Town, or North Scottsdale.

Ideally looking for a luxury-style 3–4 bed house in the $3,000–$5,000 range total. Would love a place with a pool, backyard/patio, and modern finishes. I’m flexible on move-in date but the sooner the better.

A bit about me:
- I’ve got a 14 lb dog named Archer—he’s friendly, well-behaved, and super social.
- I’m active, clean (not a neat freak), respectful, and always down to hang.
- I have furniture for all the shared spaces—just bring your bedroom setup.

Looking to live with other respectful and social 20-somethings who are responsible but still want to enjoy a good vibe at home. Totally fine if you work from home—just hoping we can keep common areas open and relaxed.
