Hi, I currently have renewed the lease on my apartment in Washington Heights, and I am looking for a new roommate to sign on with me for another year. I am someone who prefers to have a more quiet space at a home, but can also socialize when comfortable - such as watching TV together occasionally or chatting. I would like to be friendly with my roommate, and wouldn’t mind being friends, as long as we set boundaries. I occasionally have friends over or family that might visit for a few days, but generally will just be working during the day and cooking or relaxing at night. I’m a pretty clean person and would like that in a roommate as well!

I’m looking for a roommate to sign on for another year on my current apartment’s lease. Begins September 1st, 2024. The apartment has 1.5 baths and a third room which is usually used as a makeshift office/guest room/workout room. There is a fully stocked kitchen, living room, small dining table, and wifi/smart TV. The apartment also has a balcony, which imo is the best part of it lol
