The room would actually be for two people, my sister and myself. We are healthy seniors, 71 and 73. We can share a room, but we would like twin beds which we would purchase. We are friendly and sociable with no drama, but we will give you your space. We both receive Social Security and will faithfully pay our rent as early as the 26th of the preceding month and by the 1st at the latest. We write and do graphic design online as an extra income producing past time. We enjoy crafts, reading, and being outdoors.
