I work in advertising from home, but I travel frequently to visit my family/friends out of town. I'm looking for a roommate who wouldn't mind spending time together here and there, and is quiet/tidy.

A little house in Grandview with a big back yard, lots of free parking, a basement for storage, and in unit washer/dryer - available to move in for a yearlong least July 1st!
The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and the neighbors are very friendly - it's located near the Lennox Theaters and about 5 minutes from OSU.
There are currently two rooms available (will be unfurnished), with a shared bathroom. No smoking and no cats please! Dogs are very welcome (but please make sure they're well trained, and are able to get along with the other dogs in the area).
The landlord is very kind, and responsive when something needs a repair.
