I am very sad to say that I will be leaving the best apartment I have ever had in NYC. I currently have a bedroom available 7/1 in a 3bd/1bath in Williamsburg. We are a literal 2 min walk from Bedford L train, every restaurant and coffee shop your heart desires, Smorgasborg, water front, Mccarren Park, a luxury laundromat...this place is one of kind location wise. Little bit about the space and roommates:
- Avail room fits full/queen bed (full is better), with room for dresser & nightstand. Also has a pretty decent sized closet with some storage space above closet.
- Avail room gets tons of natural light.
-This is a railroad style apartment. Room that is opening is street side and next to living room meaning you will have to go through hallway to get to bathroom and kitchen.
- There is a cute courtyard in the middle of the apartment where some tenants grill and hangout. Few seats out there to hang in the sun.
- Both tenants staying are females and would prefer another female tenant
- None of the 3 bedrooms share walls aka never hear roommates in their rooms, and you have privacy
- Roommate on opposite side of apartment has 10Ib Pomeranian mix. Very sweet and cuddly.
- Landlord isn't the best...but also isn't the worst. We have always gotten things fixed, just takes a few texts/some pestering.
- Both roommates are mad chill, 420 friendly and very clean. They will be expecting you to be respectful of the space.
- This place is literally the best bang for your buck if you're wanting to be close to the city, but I promise you'll never want to leave the neighborhood
