My partner and I are looking for one additional tenant to share the lease until June 2027. We have two cats and live on the second floor of this quadplex. The room is well lit in the daytime and is centrally located in Huntington Beach, extremely walkable and tucked away off of Beach Blvd. There is a coin laundry connected to the unit and first come first serve street parking.
