Jake D - $1,500/month

Hey my name's Jake and I'm a native New Englander currently working and living in Boston. Just accepted a new job in New York and I'm looking for a roommate to move to Manhattan in October.

I'm very laid back, easy going and open minded. I keep a clean and organized place, and am a very considerate roommate. I'm comfortable and open to living with people of all gender and identities, LGBTQ+ friendly.

I enjoy going on runs/hitting the gym, trying new restaurants, seeing live music and shows, museums, and just about anything else that gets me out of the house! I currently have a close group of friends living in the city but they're always excited to meet new people and would like to be friends with my roommate!

I will be working from home 2-3 days a week, and am bringing along my dog Oscar. I adopted him at the beginning of 2020 when I was living down in Virginia Beach. He's a 15lbs Manchester Terrier mix - housebroken, well trained, and absolutely loves people.
