Two story shared condo

Looking for a female housemate to share a two-story condo w me (25 y/o F). Terrific location- on the border of Chevy Chase, Silver Spring and DC. We each have a private entrance, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Shared kitchen (on your floor) and laundry (on my floor).

My ideal housemate is easygoing, considerate, and open to communication. I am realistically tidy and quiet. I love interior design and enjoy having a welcoming, attractive space. I have friends over a couple times a month and my boyfriend is over about 1/3 of the days.
