My budget is somewhat flexible in both directions with discussion.

I work from home 3-4 business days per week, in-office business hours some days.
I also work a job in person 3-4 evenings per week and plan to continue doing so when moving to the area.

I love running, cooking, mixology, technology, international language & culture, and games.

I always stay tidy and neat in a with roommates, just not obsessively so.

LGBT friendly is a must, but I don't currently date.
