Currently living in Jersey City - want to move to Manhattan in October.

Spending weekdays working from the office (love my job, work in Finance & often stay late) and normally work from home once a week. I am active and ambitious who values open, direct communication and this is also my only non-negotiable: Speak up if somethings bothering you - otherwise living together won't work out.
I spend my time after work and on weekends trying new sport classes, going for a run, hanging out with friends and love going to different concerts (electronic music preferred, but open for every kind of music). Also like to travel and explore the US, so not spending that much time at home.

No need to become best friends, but we should at least get along with each other and have some common opinions/values if we want to share an apartment. And of course it would be great to have more in common and become friends over time.
