About the Apartment: I’m looking to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom/1bathroom apartment. The room comes furnished with a bed and nightstand. There is also a closet in your room with tons of space for clothes or extra storage. The living space comes completely furnished and has been beautifully decorated by my roommates. There are tons of books available for reading and inspiration, particularly for the artist type.
About the Building: Located in Bushwick 2 blocks from the Myrtle-Wykoff L and M trains, getting around is so easy. The building is located on a quiet street, close to two grocery stores, and tons of cute restaurants and bars! The building also has a huge laundry facility, with ample machines, virtual doorman, a game room, a gym, courtyard, a package room, and an amazing rooftop with views of Manhattan. Everything is accessible by fob to ensure safety!
About my Roommates: I have two amazing roommates, one male and one female, that are seriously two of the kindest people I’ve ever met! We all keep to ourselves but also enjoy watching TV in the living room and catching up about our day while having some wine. My female roommate does have her boyfriend spend the night from time to time so must be okay with overnight guests. That said, they spend most of that time in her bedroom. My male roommate describes himself as “amazingly gay” and I can confirm, he is amazing! That said, must be LGBTQ friendly. He also has a friendly dog and cat named Goose and Isaac, respectively, so must be okay with fur babies!
Why I’m Subletting: I moved in with my boyfriend. MARCH HAS BEEN PAID FOR SO ONLY SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE AT MOVE-IN!
