Hello,
I'm moving out of my apartment to move a little closer to work. You would be living with my roommate. He keeps to himself, but also down to chat if you want to and he's keeps the apartment clean. The roommate MUST be LGBTQ friendly because he is gay. I'm also gay but you do not have to be gay to move in.
It's a large bedroom. I currently have a queen size bed, a couch, external closet, cadenza, and two large side tables. There's also another closet for you in the hallway. The apartment is really nice and the people in the building are respect and kind. So I need you to be the same =)
The area is great (145th Street & Amsterdam)!
A lot of bars and restaurants. Laundromat is across the street.
Your trains are: ABCD1. A lot of grocery stores in the area. It's very safe area. There are a lot of LGBTQ people in the area. So if you are LGBTQ you will feel right at home. If you are not, straight people still outnumber the gay folks. LOL.
Rent: $1,100
Utilities: Split between you and the other roommate
To move in: 1st Month and Security deposit of $1,000. You'll also sign an agreement.
