This bedroom is furnished with Ikea Hemmes twin to California King bed with 3 large storage drawers. 3 cabinets, 3 lamps, 2 artwork pieces, comforter, pillows, hangers, and curtains are provided. You must provide your own linen, towels, and personal care items. Some flexibility on furnishings.

The shared common areas are downstairs. Areas are the kitchen, hallway, living room, entry, and hath bath downstairs, and backyard. You will be sharing the interior living space with 2 other people. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. The garage has a washer and dryer. Parking is on the driveway. There are two long-time well-behaved resident dogs on the property, so you must be comfortable with this. No other dogs or cats are permitted.
