Nice-sized bedroom available in a 3br/1ba duplex in Pilsen. The third "bedroom" is on the third floor of our three floor unit and is currently being used as a den/second living area. The available bedroom has a nice closet and easily fits a full-sized bed. Shared bathroom with a standing shower.
There is also a nice backyard with fire pit and multiple patios (one on each floor thanks to a wooden back staircase) that can each fit 2 lawn chairs.
The room comes furnished with a bed and a dresser, and the entire apartment has everything you need!
I'm looking for a student or young professional who is nice and respectful. I work a lot, so it's nice to come home to a friendly face. Being friends is a plus, being a good person is a necessity.
We love living here.. My roommate is moving west for business, so we're looking for someone to take over his room. Listed as $815 (current price) plus utilities (usually about $35 for internet, $20 for electric, $20 for gas, and $12.50 for water) comes out to about $900 per month.
