2 males in a 3 bedroom apartment, unfurnished room available Jan 1. Our apartment is a 5-10 minute walk to the 2/5 on the West side and 6 train on the East. We are a quick 25 minute train ride to midtown and just a few stops above Harlem 125. Note: this is a 6 month sublease opportunity as the lease ends June 30, 2021.
What we love about our apartment? It has just been renovated so we have a lovely eat in kitchen with an open living room. On one side of the apartment is 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. On the other- there is our third bedroom.
The room available is large and can easily fit a king size bed with room for other furnishings.
We are both professionals- one an actor and currently working in tech and the other a writer. but we love having an open and shared home where roommates can feel free to hang out- drink wine, or do their own separate thing. Both roommates are currently working from home and spend a fair amount of time in their rooms/office. This is a covid conscious/respectful household. LGBTQ friendly.
