We’re looking to fill a 4th room with a male who is willing to sign a year lease in 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with washer/dryer in unit $3750 per month with the available rooms rent at $850.
Newly renovated home boasts stainless steel kitchen appliances with full-size dishwasher, kitchen tile backsplash, hardwood floors throughout, generous closet space and ample natural light. Elevator building with basement laundry room, and live-in super. 175th St. A subway station is immediately to the south of the lobby, 1 train is about a 5 min walk and the M4 bus station is just across the street.

The neighborhood itself is right off 181st St. The place is a block from the A train and about 5 minutes walk from the 1. There's tons of restaurants from Dominican to Italian to Thai and even some organic options. There's shops on 181st and within the GWB Market, there's a few gyms nearby like Planet Fitness and Blink, and a few parks if you like to be out in the summer.

Who were looking for: someone who is responsible, respectful, patient, a great communicator, LGBTQIA friendly, clean (especially in common areas) and wants home to be a sanctuary for peace. We want to cultivate more familial feel in this space.

About us:
Michael ( He/Him) is 28 (a Capricorn) and has been living in the heights for about 5 years.
He’s usually busy with either work (tutoring) or his acting career in some shape or form. You can usually find him reading novels or plays, watching netflix, doing yoga/meditation, or just being a goofball. He’s a homebody but likes to go out every now and then. Mainly because he’s a foodie.

Tamara (She/Her) is in her 30s and is West Indian American, who works remotely in the financial industry in credit repair and is absolutely filled with sunshine. She’s patient, practical, understanding of other people’s ideals and feelings, she’s very go with the flow when need be but is t afraid to roll her sleeves up and her to work. Also out certified DIYer. She enjoys singing a little diddy to keep the good energy flowing.

I’m Summer (Her/She like the chocolate) Cancer, I’m in my 30s, originally from BK but spent half my life in Houston Tx and am Senegalese-American (I’m all over the place, but we’ll just call that cultured). I’ve been called sweet once or twice and patient often. I can be quiet at times but I love a good laugh. I enjoy curling up to a good book or a good show, theater or TV and film. I work contractually for various hospitals transitioning EMR systems so may spend weeks away from the apartment at a time, but Im also an actress! I still dip my foot in the fashion pond from time to time as I used to be a personal shopper and stylist in another life.
