I am looking for a female roommate for March 2023. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt with beautiful views of center city. The area is 17th and arch st right next to love park and the Comcast building. The rent is 1231$ per month (each person) and utilities are usually around 100-115$ (water electric and internet) per person each month. My roommate is moving out of state, but I can’t afford it on my own and I like having a roommate rather than living alone haha. All the furniture in the main space is mine so it will stay when my roomie goes :) Please message me and let me know if you’re interested. I have a video of the apartment upon request as I can’t attach it here. The kitchen/living room is a shared space and the bedroom pics at the end would be your room. You’d have your own bathroom across the hall from your bedroom as well. I also have a cat and she’s so sweet, sleeps 20 hours a day and doesn’t jump on anything. A little about me: I work in center city like 6 blocks away and go in the office m-f. I like a mix of staying in and occasionally happy hours and dinners with friends. Always looking for new friends in the city :)
