I am looking for someone to fill the spare bedroom in a beautiful FULL SERVICE doorman building in a great location. $1575 PLUS UTILITIES. Won't last long- please email ASAP.
THE APARTMENT: Charm, charm, charm. Beautiful Tudor City Doorman building, stain glass windows, laundry, garden, bike/storage room. The room is spacious and the building is located on a quiet street and close to a number of Laundromats, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, NYSC/blink/equinox only blocks away, Dunkin'/starbucks.. Incredible central location in between Midtown East and Murray Hill. Minutes to Grand Central and next to 42nd street cross town bus! Tons of closet space, charming alcove window, AC unit installed, and can easily fit a queen bed and nightstand, desk, dresser, etc. HUGE Kitchen with new appliances, and tons of storage space throughout the apartment.
THE ROOMMATE: Friendly and easy going 20- something female professional. Goes out but also enjoys spending time at home. 8-5 job then gym.. would love a roommate that enjoys working out as well! A casual friendship is ideal but not necessary. (side note: MUST LOVE DOGS, small, quiet, super sweet 5 yr old chiweenie)
YOU: A female in her 20's. Easygoing,considerate, responsible (pays rent/utilities on time/trustworthy), clean, and DRAMA-FREE. Someone who respects a peaceful home... No cigarette smokers please.
What's due at signing: First month's rent, security deposit ($1625), move in fee of $500 (co-op building fees) and credit check fee of $300.
