Beautiful room with extremely high ceilings available for rent in spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Bed Stuy.

About the space:
Looking for someone to sign at least 1 year lease starting May (preferably no men, lol) in a conveniently located and beautifully spacious 2nd floor apartment!

Well located only 2 SHORT blocks from the Bedford-Nostrand G train, this apartment is within close proximity to cute cafes, yummy restaurants, and the beautiful Pratt Institute campus.

Rent is $1325 a month with ~$85 utilities. Room has closet space, access to fire escape, BEAUTIFUL natural light, and will be unfurnished. Ceilings are ~14 feet high.

Living room and kitchen are fully furnished (and VERY stylish), and are filled with beautiful large plants. We also have a dish washer :-)

Unfortunately my roommate of 2 years is moving out, and it would break my heart to lose this incredibly beautiful and inspiring place to live. I am an extremely friendly graphic designer / illustrator, who is clean, and loves cooking and anime/video games. I also have fun purple party lights at night time.

Apartment is unfortunately not friendly to pets, but is 420 friendly.

Renting requirements:
Must provide up-front security deposit of $1325 and first month’s rent. We pay our landlord (who is extremely helpful and a very sweet woman) via online bank transfer.
