This 2 bed/1 bath walk up is close to both the N, W, R, and M trains and a 20 minute train ride from Midtown. The apartment is near the Steinway and Broadway streets in Astoria and has plenty of great restaurants and nightlife nearby.

The apartment itself is fully furnished save for the spare bedroom and has an in unit laundry and dishwasher available. The bathroom is tiled and has a large rainfall, walk in shower. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a large marble island available for dining or preparing food.

The spare bedroom is spacious enough to fit either a full or queen size bed and still have room for a desk for remote work. The spare room also comes with a large closet and shelves for clothes and storage built in. There is also a full size bed frame with underneath storage left by the previous tenant that you can either keep or I can remove before you're arrival.

Applicants must be 420 friendly and have proof of income. Past that, we can discuss anything we need to. Also, I am open to one cat or small dog but would need to charge a fee and discuss the subject further.
