I’m looking to rent a bedroom near the Financial District (Soma, South Beach, Rincon Hill, Nob Hill, Embarcadero, etc.) by mid-August. AMy budget is up to $2,000. I’m moving from Dallas, TX where I’ve been working remotely for a San Francisco based company.

My name is Miguel Gutierrez. A little bit about me:
-I grew up in Mexico City and speak English and Spanish.

-I’m very caring about family and friends and also about my roommates and will go out of my way to make sure they feel comfortable
-I’m very clean and willing to help out around to maintain the place nice and tidy
-hobbies include traveling, outdoors, reading, exercising, music, and cooking
-I enjoy being out with friends but do not bring the party home and would like to have a family respectable approach to roommates
-I have a small dog who is very well behaved and does not get on furniture and is not destructive.
-I’m happy to do zoom calls to get to know each other better
