Looking to fill a room in a spacious, well-lit 3BD/2BA apartment on Dolores st in Noe Valley/mission district. Move-in is at the end of July (but we can adjust the specific date as needed) with a 1yr lease. Our rent is $1600 (single room). Utilities and internet are included.
The apartment is fully furnished with an in unit washer/dryer and shared outdoor space. The former owner is an artist, so the place has a carefree color scheme that’ll brighten your day. Bonus if you like to cook, as the highlight is our kitchen – one of the nicest of any apt I’ve seen!
We’re in a great location walking distance to Mission Dolores park, 24th street shops, Safeway and Whole Foods, and Valencia Street. We’re also very close to multiple coffee shops, restaurants and a slow-street zone that’s perfect for walks.
