Hi! I am Lorena and I have been living in this apartment for almost 2 years and love it. It's a great size for 2,2nd floor of a walk up, 90 second sprint from the subway and the neighborhood is amazing. I work a regular 8:30-5:30 job in Tribeca, try to workout everyday after work, cook a few nights a week and spend a lot of time out socializing with friends. I have a boyfriend who stays over about once every other month in this apartment and I stay at his about 2-4 times a week. Safe to say you will have your space in the place.

I keep the apartment pretty clean. I vacuum all public areas and my room, stiffer and wipe down the bathroom once a week and do a pretty deep clean every few weeks. I am not a stickler for cleanliness and don't mind if you leave packages or shoes around the apartment but I appreciate someone who is mindful of shared space/ food being left out.
