Hey all,
I moved to NYC to peruse a job opportunity in August and took a 4-month sublet to get on my feet and find an apartment for longer term during a less busy time of the year. I am looking for a place within a 30-min commute of Midtown and am open to anything in Manhattan and south of central park. I currently live in EV but am flexible here. I am open to 1-2 roommates and may have the opportunity to resign the sublet I am in currently in which case I would still need a roommate which I am happy to discuss.
If you are interested, I'd love to chat and see if a mutually beneficial arrangement can be made. As far as hobbies and preferences I am on the neat side but not obsessively, go out a good amount on the weekends, and enjoy lifting/reading in my free time.
