Hey all,

My friend and I have been living in NYC for about 2.5 years now, and we’re looking for a new apartment and ideally one roommate to join us. We’re open to most neighborhoods in Manhattan south of Central Park but preference to WV/ Gramercy/ EV / Nolita. We’re flexible on exact location — currently living in LES — and open to a standard 12-month lease starting soon.

A bit about us: we’re both in our mid-20s, clean but not obsessive, work full-time, go out on weekends, and spend a lot of our free time lifting, reading, or exploring the city. Looking for someone who’s normal, responsible, and down for a chill roommate dynamic. If you already have a place in mind or want to apartment-hunt together, we’re open to that.
