I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease in FiDi. It’s a one-bedroom flex and I have the true bedroom, the lease goes through the end of June. It’s a large bedroom with plenty of room for a queen bed and desk and also has a generous closet. The building has a gym and laundry rooms on several floors. My roommate is a normal guy with a pretty normal schedule, he has a dog who is very chill and sweet. Let me know if you’re interested, ideally looking for someone to take the lease in November, it’s $2,250 which includes water but not electric.
