Hi everyone - looking for a roommate interested in finding a 2 bedroom apartment in Manhattan.
Locations: LES, East Village, Nolita, Murray Hill / Kips Bay (maybe)
Budget: ~$1,800 per person preferred, but willing to go up to ~$2k if there is a nice spot
A little bit about me:
the facts: 25 y/o, went to University of Minnesota, currently working in a hybrid mix of banking and insurance
lifestyle: I like going out / having people over for drinks/game night on Thurs/Fri/Sat, outdoor activities (beach, frisbee, etc.), work from home a couple of days a week
hobbies: interested in poker, bowling, pool, essentially any of those sorts of games
My lease ends at the end of October, so looking to move around the end of the month. I'm happy to grab a drink / coffee / a quick meet-up for whoever might be interested.
