Hi all! I'm moving to NYC from Seattle in June (open to really anytime in June or by July 1 though). I'm pretty clean as a roommate and work hybrid in-person, at home, and sometimes travel. I'm originally from Philly and have some friends in the city but trying to make some new friends as well and am looking for a roommate that is interested in going out & hanging out. Open to living almost anywhere in Manhattan but preferably below 40th.
